Founded in 1883 and still family-owned, AMAZONEN-WERKE is one of the global leaders in agricultural machinery manufacturing. The main plant and headquarters are located in Hasbergen-Gaste near Osnabrück, with modern production facilities operating in Hude (near Oldenburg), Forbach (France), Leipzig (Saxony), Samara (Russia), and Tecklenburg-Leeden. The company has sales branches in the United Kingdom, France, Ukraine, Hungary, China, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Around 1,800 employees work for the AMAZONE Group, and products are exported to more than 70 countries, with exports accounting for approximately 80% of total turnover.
AMAZONE specializes in the development and production of fertilizer spreaders, seed drills, machinery for both active and passive soil cultivation, precision pneumatic seeders, and crop protection sprayers. In addition, the company has for many years offered efficient equipment for park maintenance, green area care, and winter services. The main customers of AMAZONE machinery include not only medium-sized farms but also large agricultural enterprises and professional contractors in the farming sector.
