SAF-HOLLAND S.A., headquartered in Luxembourg, is the largest independent listed supplier to the commercial vehicle market in Europe and is present in most of the world’s markets. Formed in December 2006 from the merger of two regional champions—SAF in Europe and Holland in the USA—the company took a joint step into international growth markets. Today, the SAF-HOLLAND Group is one of the few suppliers in the truck and trailer industry with a global presence in almost all key markets. With sales of approximately EUR 1.042 billion in 2016 and more than 3,200 employees, the company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of chassis-related systems and components, primarily for trailers and semi-trailers, as well as for trucks and buses. The product range includes axle and suspension systems, fifth wheels, kingpins, and landing gear, marketed under the SAF, HOLLAND, and Neway brands. STRONG POSITION IN THE AFTERMARKET BUSINESS

The Aftermarket division supplies genuine spare parts to Original Equipment Service (OES). With its own parts distribution centers and an extensive international sales and service network of approximately 9,000 locations, SAF-HOLLAND ensures fast delivery of spare parts to end customers and service centers, minimizing vehicle downtime.
